Hello everyone.

I was linked to this "alternative" sub from r/cryptocurrency and I gotta say it sure is uhh, well, umm, it's different... and confusing to navigate and make sense of.

But one thing that bothers me is these cartoon "frog" memes that keep getting posted here.

At first, I thought they looked funny and I actually saved some...

However, after browsing this community some more, I discovered they are usually posted together with hateful and rude comments - some of which are often are downright racist. That's obviously not okay with me.

Then I read that this picture is actually some sort of hate symbol! Is that true??

Because if it is then I'm deleting the pictures I saved and I'm never going to post this "frog" meme again. I promise I am NOT racist, I am simply posting this picture now to ask this question. So please don't think badly of me for posting it now. I'm sorry if I offended anyone.
