I can’t remember the last time I ever had anything I looked forward to when I woke up. Maybe some sort of new video game coming out? Not sure. Each day passes the same as the last, it’s all a haze. I feel nothing but negative emotions or apathy, I don’t look forward to anything in life. It’s unfathomable to me that some people wake up and are excited to live the rest of their day out, what an amazing feeling that must be.

I like to wake up and enjoy the calmness. I lay there for 5 minutes and stretch my body out a little. Adjust my eyes and take some deep breathes. Next I go get some sun in my eyes and go for a little walk to waken myself. I'll have a coffee after and a small feed. It's the best part of my day.
