Depends on how long they want to accumulate. My feeling is they're beginning to feel the itch for another jump in price but probably won't see anything but crabbing for at least untill spring. They might go for it next month aldready, is my guess for when it's in the realm of possibilities, but you gotta feel it out.
Watch the next lunas - avax, sol, etc, et cetera. They want to have some 'prominent projects' they want to take down in the fall but proceeding with the so-called eth merge is a risky, risky bet, because it can fail, technically, and become a dead goose not laying golden eggs any more.
They know they wont get a chance like it and if it fails they might get issued a code 101 to burn everything down by the bilderberger bankers and other money-masters, but I highly doubt it as they'll rather fall back down to only btc control of the market, but even then, if western banking is ordered to self-desreuct that also means a tether self-destruct and a golden age for Binance and the rest of the private companies.
Russia openly discussing accepting cryptocurrencies for international trade is huge.
