Im 30 yrs old.

My annual income is around 32k.
I get bossed around and told what to do by people almost a decade younger than me.

I still get bullied by people like I did back in Highschool. I don't really understand it, but I just give off this energy of complete disrespect where people feel like they can get away with mistreating me, and it works.

don't become bitter or cynical OP. That's the key. Don't isolate yourself. The more they come at you, then you try all the more to come closer to them. Ask them about their motivations, about their lives, about why they do things, what they think the purpose of things are. They are no different from you, all their deepest desires and worries are the same. They try to hide it or ignore it, but if you make the jump and talk to them where you just assume they are the same, you will break through to them. Damn anon, I'm 30 but I at least make 40k before taxes. I don't know what to say, but I'm almost in the same boat except my bosses are usually still at least a few years older than me. It's really annoying though, especially when your boss makes almost twice what you make, but they constantly ask you for help on things, and then when you try yo apply to a higher position that is the equivalent of their job at another location, they prevent you from applying (need manager approval to apply internally). It's just a kafkaesque reality that some of us end up living in. No, crypto won't make your life better, but honestly it probably won't make it any worse
