Every major war is followed by a paradigm shift in the way society functions. A lot of wars are manufactured by the elite for this sole reason to cause the disruption/scape goat necessary to implement their plans without causing civil unrest as civilians will be too distracted by bigger problems to care. It is without question that the 4th industrial revolution would happen in the years after the war and anybody that is heavily invested will become rich.
