When that happens, simply post the exact same thread again, immediately. Ooops, did you get the "You are banned" error?? No worries, just change your IP by changing your MAC address and clearing your 4ch cookies, then the error goes away. You can now re-create your thread!

What OP mentioned doesn't work on cellphones at all. It's strictly for computers. You change the MAC address of your ethernet card, which the router then adapts (sometimes automatically and sometimes requiring logging in to your router and assigning the new MAC manually, depending the router and OS). You can't do that anything like that on a cellphone.

Not your public IP. That depends on the device which connects your LAN to the WAN. By changing your MAC on a device on your local network you just request a new RFC1918 (internal address, such as 192.168.1.2 or 10.0.0.1 or 172.16.2.21 which you can see by opening CMD and entering "ipconfig" which is handled by your router or L3 switch.. That traffic is then NATed (translated) to your external IP address such as 73.12.5.3 etc as you can see on whatismyip.com.
Your internal IP changing has no impact on your external IP unless you are using advanced networking and have several public IPs available.

The reason why I mentioned this is for phoneposters using 4g is because they do not have a traditional router. They are connecting to an external mast which has a pool of public IP's which it assigns to users who register themselves there. They are most likely tracked by MAC so disabling 4G and changing your MAC on your phone should work. For some providers you don't even need to clear the MAC as they have no or a short leasetime for IPs..

That's how it's always been done. I've been changing IPs by changing MAC since 2004 or so, I think thereabouts was when I first learned you could do that. But I guess you could do it in the 1990s as well.

disconnect your mobile data and wifi, use a different browser, reconnect data only (it may connect to a different tower/address), on the new browser go back to 4chan and shit post. If it doesn't work, retry disconnect reconnect data.
