partial explanation, sure, but the human brain is plastic enough to work past genetic baggage. if youre born some type of retardation sure, youre fucked, but early nutrition, education, and work culture have a higher weight on average outcomes. the farther out you want to measure on the outliers obviously needs more things in its favor. luck (looks, intelligence, aptitudes), social luck (random chance in life), the point is, america for example, was not founded by 200IQ geniuses, but it was built by a workaholic culture, and look where it took them.
