Dubai is fun if you have money.
They do not have a working sewer system, so they use septic tanks everywhere.
It's probably the most fun place in the middle east because you can get alcohol easily, hot women are there but they are pretty much all hookers. Don't go in the summer.
They are definitely better places to visit, like anywhere other than any Middle Eastern country besides Lebanon.
Lebanon is based. All the women are so incredibly sexy and their hyperinflation makes it so easy to live as a foreigner. Go to Biblos or in the mountains around Beirut, but Beirut is still very damaged and just not what it used to be.
