>What is Quantstamp:
Quantstamp solves the smart contract security problem by creating a scalable and cost-effective system to audit all smart contracts on the Ethereum Network. Over time, they expect every Ethereum smart contract to use the Quantstamp protocol to perform a security audit.

>Examples of what Quantstamp want to prevent:
In June 2016, a hacker stole $55Million in Ethereum coins from the DAO due to a bug in its smart contract
In July 2017, another hacker stole over $30Million in Ether from crypto companies due to a one word bug in the smart contract code in the Parity mullti-sig wallet.

>Perspective:
The number of Smart Contracts grew from 500k to 2Million between June 2017 and Oct 2017. Within the next year, they expect another 10 Million Smart Contracts to be built.
As of October 2017, about $3.2 Billion (11M ETH) was locked in Smart Contracts.
Currently 40 Projects in the pipeline
They are planning on working with NEO and other smart contract platforms, not just Ethereum

>$88 million lost out of 600billion crypto marketcap
>no guarantee qsp would have found those bugs

Security in smart contracts are really not an immediate issue, there is more hype (and therefore profits) around digital currencies and facilitating smart contracts in general.

Buying this shitcoin is begging to lose money
