I like medium rare. resteraunt will never go beyond medium and that's just a waste of steak. Boomers brag about grill skills, but every boomer steak I ever had was a dry, leathery mess. Though I think rare and blue is just disgusting as the meat isn't even warm inside. But I guess some people like the sensation of tonguing Sub-Zero's anus.

For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.

One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".

Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.

I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant

Bonus: Favorite food I'll never be able to eat again, probably... I lived in Jiangmen, GD for one year. A skillet full of mussels called "boc boc hin." The name is just an onomatopoeia like pop corn, because when the clams pop open they go "boc boc boc." It had jalapeno like peppers, ginger, oil, lots of garlic and the mussels all sauteed in a large skillet.

I could live off of potatoes in general. Mashed, baked, French fries, grilled, sweet potatoes, anything.

When I'm at a restaurant no matter what I get the sides are always potatoes. Hotdog?.. Potatoes. Quesadilla?....Potatoes. Ramen noodles? Drop some instant mashed potatoes in there and stir 'em up.

Also if I'm allowed two sides I get Mashed potatoes and either a baked sweet potato, or fries... But always mashed, always.

this. I like it one notch below medium rare. The meat needs to be warm through and through but seared and I want to see blood on my plate when I'm done. In the US I could get this but only at those jew steakhouses like Mortimer's and Smith & Wollensky. I never understood your association of steak with dark oak furniture and menus written on footballs and all sorts of old sports paraphinalia on the walls. Real waiters though at least.
