Why is Canada listed on the SEC website and why does it have a business address in Washington?

Canada is an american client/puppet state. Same as many other "nations". How new are you?

For the same reason the United States Corporation is listed at the City of London. All governments are legally, corporations in and of themselves.

Similarly the British crown is a corporation

>> No.51169654

A corporation is nothing more than a legal definition of "a group of people". Corporations are by definition, "people", so they are granted the same rights. All corporations need to be registered *somewhere*, and usually governments use other government registries to declare their own existence.

I would have thought that governments were their own kind of legal entity. When did they start being considered corporations?
