What is Algorand
Algorand is an open source permissionless public blockchain based on a pure proof-of- stake consensus protocol—the first of its kind to support the scale, open participation, and transaction finality for billions of users.

The only thing that makes me hesitate is the fifa shit in a few months, but I don't even know if that will have any effect. In theory it should, but this is algorand we're talking about kek.

Same, I'll just ride it to zero. Never selling.

Currently sitting at 13,500 algorand at an average buying price of 29 cents. Gonna continue to DCA over the coming months as well about 800 $ a week

I think $2 billion is a little low for this blockchain utility token’s market cap. I also think we’re going to bottom out very soon so I think the price of ALGO can go up from here. DeFi is junk food, real applications soon.

Get fucked, already holding 8 eth and wanting to accumulate something else.

>> No.51133449

I sold out and fomo'd it into ETH around 0.0002 ALGOETH and it was a good move but algo seems to perform OK around bottoms with solid support in the .27-.28 region. Disappointing performance during rallies though. I'm keeping my eye on algorand and will get a bag back eventually but I don't think it'll do anything exciting for a long time.

>> No.51133469

>>51132498
shut the fuck up about your algo shitcoins holy fuck, unironically the reason I've sold algo each time I've held it is because the community gets dominated by shills and bagholders huffing copium telling each other that yieldly/gems/vest is going to pump while their actual chain and native coin sit around doing nothing

>foundation has fuckloads to dump.
they must have dumped most of it by now kek
>no users.
true
>amateurish defi apps.
most of the dapps on algo I've used have been very smooth with some of the best user experiences I've come across. all of the chain fundamentals are impressive.
>community is a bunch of 100IQs and boomers.
true
algo is a mixed bag but I'm optimistic in the long term, there's no reason fucking cardano should have a many times higher MC than algo.
