Yes. This guy >>51124087 is a retard. All lottery winnings are anonymous, even if it's $100. You get two options on how to receive the money. Either a lump sum, with like a 45% tax, or to receive it in payments over a set amount of years (it's still taxed though). With any winnings over $1k, you need to contact the state and do a bunch of legal and accounting shit and then the money is deposited into your bank account. If it's under $1k, usually the place you bought it from will hand you cash and deal with anything else on the other side.
