You'll have to also do the calculations for the euro gold content (typically 5.8 or 7.2 grams IIRC) for comparing them to 1 ozt coins.
My personal conclusion: maybe *some* of the cheaper 20F and sovs might be worth it, if you can't afford 1 ozt coin. But you might still just be better off to keep stacking low-premium silver in the long run.
