>My company produces snacks which require ingredient that I had stocked but a fucktard worker left it in warm so now I need to order more
>Get confirmation of order on Monday, the shipment was due on Tuesday
>They didn't give me any postal info so I can't track the shipment but I trust them.
>Call the supplier and ask where the fuck is my shit, 2 hours of finding out wtf is going on and they constantly try to assure me its on my way.
>call postal service and go full hannibal lecter manipulating the girl to look at shipments sent based on sender or receiver and there is none sent to my address or from the supplier
>Call the supplier again and few hours later some guy from company on sick leave calls me and tells me that oopsie they didn't have anything in stock :D
>Their shipment has been stuck in Rotterdam port for 4 weeks and its supposed to arrive on 30th to them
>2 weeks worth of production lost

Why is everone so goddam incompetent these days. Every time I try to do business with small or middle sized companies everyone is just totally incompetent.
