it's insane. i used to panic close shorts or have stop losses just barely hit right before it would start to drop. they really do scam pump before a major dump as to not pay shorts. imagine how much whales and exchanges make. it's got to be so easy for them to just scalp off of retail all the time. there is absolutely no way any exchange is insolvent
