Sold AMC at 65 with over 1000 shares, sold F at 24 with 2500. If it makes you feel better, that's about the same amount I made & subsequently lost in my first market cycle (2017). Now after the last bull run, I'm sitting comfortably on the remainder of the $400k I cashed out last year waiting to start my DCA once we see true despair (haven't gotten there yet)

I would have made much more if I hadn't walked away from crypto when we hit capitulation in 2018, I basically had to start from zero again in the most recent halving. So my advice to you is to keep checking in during the boring/despair phase, set up a DCA or something.
