I've been mocked for 3 years. By now I'm too rich to care desu.

Probably Q1 2023. (If the markets have recovered and Pulse still isn't out by then, I might have a reason to reevaluate my trust in this man.)

Why does any entrepreneur initially hold a 100% of the shares in his company. Because he created it. This fact gives him the right to offer his creation to the market at any amount and whatever price that it is willing to pay for it while keeping as much ownership of his product as he wants.
