I interviewed with 5 different people. They all went pretty well I'd say. 1 hour phone interview, then interview with tech supervisor, hr director and product manager. Then an interview with the vice president. Then an interview with the CEO. Whole process took 3 weeks. Now it's been 8 days since I met the CEO and they won't reply to my email.

How can I get back at them for wasting my time?

Is this really the process of getting a job for professionals? As a tradesmen I pretty much show up in work boots and I'll be put to work. I always thought it would be easier as someone with a more a more valuable qualification like compsci as management wouldn't want to risk losing talent by fucking them around in the interview
