I mean I'm not going to spoon feed you but there are only two chains that have been up and running for over a decade and they just so happen to have a symbiotic relationship. One of them is coming up on breaking out of 8+ years of price resistance against the other while the leading coin is about to break out in USD. Lots of fudding against Litecoin since ca 2017 when bcash got listed on normiebase. They paid a bunch of crypto influencers to fudd it heavily.. they knew that bcash would never compete against ethereum and Bitcoin so they moved towards the most logical target which was Litecoin. The "problem" with Litecoin is that it is already well established, heavily used and already does what many newer cryptos wants to do.. they want litecoin to fail so bad. The angle they used back then was how Litecoin was gonna be "delisted" from Coinbase etc.. like why would they even have such strong feelings towards it.. I don't think it is Bitcoin maxies.. might be some, but in the rare instance where the fudders talk about their bags it is usually some "ZOMG CAN DO ONE GORRILION TPS" shitcoin.

I wouldn't go balls deep into it, but I don't think it's a terrible idea to put a few dollars into it, even if it's just to own like 1-2 coins. It's not like it's going away any time soon and if it ever manages to hit four digits you'll always be able to say you made a nice profit.
