The court needs to give permission for a deadline to be set in regards to when we can make choices (ELSP, FP, cash, crypto) and registrations (provided banking details, identity documents again). Anyone brave enough to look up the scheduled court times may actually be able to do this if they know Japanese. That is of course, if the court's schedule is public information. This is also under the assumption that the language the trustee used in the last update can be taken literally, or is just some flavorful legal speak.
