12 months ago I had $180,000 worth of crypto

Today I have $108,000 worth of crypto

I have been looking at charts 10* hours a day and have only lost money. Not only that but inflation has ruined my ability invest anymore money because cost of living uses up almost all of my income.


I honestly feel like I am never going to make it, and should just KMS now to save myself decades of never getting anywhere in life and just constantly being raped by the universe

Yeah it’s a bear market but it’s not just that, it’s the fact I can’t even take advantage of the bear market with fresh capital and I’m just forced look a massive losses that if I had just kept that $180,000 in my bank account I’d have been much better off.

I feel like such a fucking failures. I basically lost all interest in life outside of crypto and it’s gone nowhere, and now I’m too depressed to do anything because all I can think of is how I put myself back -80k in life and I’m being raped by inflation at the same time, I’ve basically lost years of financial progress and I’m mentally and physically drained and can’t be bothered anymore

I don’t know why I got into investing last year. My family was right, investing is a scam, you only lose money. I should have just kept saving cash.
