Nah, I am accumulating a portfolio of debt assets, mostly preferred shares with qualified dividends at around 6% current yields from institutional grade issues.

Considering municipals if I can get a yield around 5% from high junk rated issue which currently I can't.

Probably should buy some property at some point.
