Venezuelans are apparently using BTC a lot. It's fascinating because the fees are high, so each transaction must cost them a fortune.

Which current currency has a working product and would be much better suited for them?

Which future currency would theoretically be well suited for countries like theirs?

What would the economic effect be? Could it help stabilizing bad economies?

Why is the Venezuelan government not mining themselves? They have a lot of oil, so cheap electricity is a given.
