They have better restaurants, better promos, better loyalty system.

Operationally, UBER is in a league of it's own. There's a reason uber stock has held relatively strong while DASH, LYFT, GRUB all crash and burn. Grubhub in particular crashed so hard it got taken over and the ticker is now TKWY - which is also down 80% over the past year.
Despite this outperformance, not even UBER is a good investment. The whole industry is just a race to the bottom. Food delivery is simply not a strong enough moat to be worth fighting for market share in.
