i estimate u3o8 at $70 easily and the AISC for these projects is at the absolute worst case going to be at 45 to 50, and with both of them operational DY will turn out 5mlbs/year, for a cool $100m/yr in earnings right out of the gate.

remember that the vast majority of people foolishly value miners just like they value all other companies, and they act like retards and pay 12 times or even 15 times earnings. mines are almost NEVER worth more than three times earnings.
even with truly abysmal inflationary pressure -- which is unlikely because remember we're talking about the widespread implementation of nuclear power, which cuts the cost of energy IN HALF while freeing up coal, oil and natgas for other uses -- the AISC of the entire operation might rise to $60/lb, but this is still a 30 dollar spread and an operation up at 10mlbs/yr, which DY would be able to sustain for 10 more years without even shopping around for additional properties.
