I mean, yeah, they are trying to starve you. but at the same time, it is true that you're healthier if you fast every so often. so it's a pretty good psyop.

Fasting is legit, fast 36 hours once or week, or for 3-5days in a row every other month, its really good for you. Don't eat sugar or simple cars, they are terrible for you and make you more hungry.

Fasting is actually great, I'm doing a 72 hour fast rn. Definitely something most people can benefit from, especially most Americans who would never miss a meal and are triggered by the very idea or suggestion of it

They won't go for it. Fasting actually solves a lot of health issues like diabetes and the medical industry wont allow that.

>A review of the available evidence suggests that these diets can also reduce or even remove the need for medication in people with type 2 diabetes.

HUNGER has no benefit. Fasting has benefits, and doesn't have to have anything to do with a calorie deficit.

Yes semi-regular fasts are good for you. The problem here is the framing

My childhood dream was getting married, owning a big plot of land, raising ducks and horses, having a giant tractor, flying an ultralight and playing chess by mail with people around the world.

A little later when I was a teen I thought it might be fun to have a workshop where I could weld or melt metal like a retard once in a while.

Never really cared for guns desu, but they make people seethe so now owning very high caliber guns is part of my childhood dream too.

Any word on that?

Here's the thing, there is actually a benefit to this.
Western culture we ate wayyyyy too much.
About a year ago i decided to follow spartan concept of always being hungry. It does well for aesthetics and fasting also slows aging.
Honestly, of all the globohomo things, I'm benefitting most from this.
Humans are not meant to be eating constantly like we currently do.
I do make sure to get 200 grams of protein each day in my diet still, 50-75 of which is in the form of whey protein.

truthfully, I'm surprised they're even pushing fasting. It solves an immense amount of health issues. Pharma and medical industry makes bank off keeping you unhealthy. They're going to push you to eat garbage processed shit instead to make up for it.

I recommend the omad diet, for all you lard asses.
I was never into breakfast or lunch, so this was easy for me.
I can eat anything and everything I want. I can cheat, but don’t feel like it, because my appetite has adjusted. I don’t even have to eat every day.
Only problem is the loose skin.
