Basically anon, fame requires a platform; you need to be famous FROM something. The following steps set you up on the easiest, most used platforms that let you then branch out into more legitimate things like podcasts or shows.

I got the answer for you OP: Reality shows.
Easiest AND fastest way to fame. Especially if you are very charismatic as you say >>50883206. And with that kind of money (2.5MM) you can get in pretty much any reality show you want.

The key here is to use the money to build foundation first (mainly your social media) so when you apply for a reality show you immediately get accepted just because of how much traffic the producer thinks can get off of you to the reality show. That means that you first have to decide what kind of character you want to be, today what TV companies want are Andrew Tate type characters in males.
So now you use your money to first buy a shitload of Instagram followers and build your image on it. Full on fake clown world mode, rent private planes for 15 minutes just to take pictures in it pretending to fly, same with supercars, fly yourself to Ibiza, pay for VIP and bottle service to pretend pretty women bringing you booze is something very normal, a picture of yourself almost completely naked in a top story Manhattan apartment etc you get it. Then apply for TV shows, Survivor Big Brother whichever bullshit is most popular in your country. All I would ever want clout for is for power, not fame. For that, 2.5mm is not anywhere near enough. You'd have to be low key "bribing" politicians, and other people in power (like military officials, high ranking court judges, people in government in high ranking positions etc.) I put bribing in quotes because this isn't a straight bribe until you actually get in trouble, you have to do "donations", throw parties/galas for them etc. It has upkeep costs.
