I refuse to work for globohomo while inside my own home. Currently NEETing and attempting to achieve sustainable self employment.

Psychologically, the toll paid for enslavement to globohomo cannot be compensated by currently allowed maximum salaries. I'd need to make at least half a million a year to make the psychological sacrifices necessary. Anything less than half a mil and I'd rather be broke at home with my mom believing that I can maybe get my own business off the ground with enough elbow grease -- because if the business works, that has a potential payout of many millions, where as working in my industry for someone else has a maximum payout of around $120k per year.

Basically the whole point of being employed, for me anyway, was the social aspect and networking. Not that that's totally gone with remote work, but it's severely diminished to the point that I might as well just do my own thing and eat home cooked meals while I do it, even if that means no income for potentially several years in a row.

I go fishing and I like to play the guitar a lot. Making music in general, can spend the entire day on just that. I also go lift yes, I love it. Fishing on rest days after lifting is pure bliss though
