I think the question for the market is whether this inflation reversal is just temporary (IE a fake out) or if it represents the beginning of demand collapse.

There's quite a few examples of the fake out where inflation seemingly peaks and the fed eases policy somewhat, only for inflation to keep going months later.
This is surprisingly the bullish option because it buys more time for the market.
If it suddenly goes deeply deflationary, we are likely to see jobs and valuations follow, and it would be bearish.
Job openings have been falling quite quickly, which suggests it could be the latter, however there are quite a few examples of zombie markets that manage to truck on for a while with a stagnant labour market, certainly that's what the current admin would want to get to mid-terms.
