Later you will have to find a node who wants to borrow it from you for something else than shorting.

Problem is this could just be a bancor style 'hey guys what if...?' from which nothing happens, and they clearly have other products and services as a priority, and who knows if you even need TCR/MYC to stake - it could just be an open offer to retail.

So at the moment there is only one project explicitly stating it will offer you a slice of the link network revenue as well as a guaranteed spot at the staking table; LPL. Idk why people have such a problem just getting a bag instead of searching for alternatives and weaving theories of possibility.
