The problem with this is that it is tough for us as humans to define which humans carry good genetics and which don't. Yes, we can all agree that certain mental disorders and diseases are bad but even then it's complicated - some "bad" genes also code for other positive attributes, and putting 50% of all people in ovens because of their subhumanity could limit the gene pool should we be exposed to an epidemic for example.

Iceland made a good start with getting rid of the downsey. I agree it is hard for us to play god (although that is essentially what we3 are doing anyway by helping the sick and needy + giving charitable aid to the '3rd world') but lets be ho9nest, if we just sterilised anybody committing a violent or harmful crime then that would go a long way towards solving the problem int the west. The Indian/Hindu system of "Varna" or Caste is probably the oldest system of racial segregation which has survived into modern times. And it has been immensely successful in keeping the Upper Castes pure and separate for long enough for them to evolve their minds further to better perform at analytical or memory based tasks.

I'm not saying that Indian Upper Castes have purely Indo-European roots; there was certainly some race mixing with the native Dravidians and even Abos in some cases. Dravidians I wouldn't exactly called sub-humans, but they're certainly not as intellectually developed as Indo-Europeans. Abos are sub-human though and the Abos in India are also mentally retarded like the ones in Australia.

Your average Indian Upper Caste has maybe 75-80% Indo-European ancestry, with the rest mostly Dravidian. They've been solely responsible with nearly all administrative, academic, priestly, mercantile, financial tasks in the Indian sub-continent for several millennia now, existing at the top of the pyramid in a land where the rest of the population (80%) has an average IQ of 75.

Yes, there has been a caste system in SE Asia for some time and it has created two distinct sub-species. the problem is that the same caste system evolved in a symbiotic way with each other, what the upper is lacking in the lower supplies. Sure they have talents, I am not saying whites or Asians are superior in every way. Far from it. They do however share an aptitude for adaptability and the cunning and intelligence needed to survive. India is actually doing things right in many ways, by allowing the poor to either adapt fo die. Give it 50+ years and providing they do not introduce too many social programmes and they may become comparable with the '1st world' which is great. It is currently not ideal though.
A lot of the intelligence currently in certain species comes from mixing with whites or asians. It is not the solution though. they will destroy humanity if we tried interbreeding.
