Music is subjective and most people have awful taste.

For example, I uploaded all my music to submithub. Stuff I’ve spent weeks on, some tracks took a month or more. Mostly mediocre reviews.

So I throw together a chill instrumental track in an hour or 2 and put it up. Fucking rave reviews.

Less personality in your music seems to appeal more.
