The problem with teleportation is that sure, you would have a very easy time becoming incredibly rich by theft (assuming you can teleport objects you hold as well, if not... kind of a shitty power tbqhwyfam), but then what? How are you going to convert that to legitimate money you can use?

With mind-reading you just need to move yourself into the vicinity of people with insider knowledge, then hang around. Yes, it will take more time, but the money will be legit (legally).

Mind Reading would allow you to be the smartest person in the room, always. You can play the Grandmasters at chess, beat people at jeopardy (given at least one person in the room knows the answer), be the best psychologist the World has ever known

Plus, you get the added benefits to be able to use your power in public. If you want to troll, you can get even say you are a psychic. The first certified telepath, can you imagine ?

If you can teleport, that would make you the best hitman really. Which in itself could be based enough (unless you teleport naked)
If you can teleport people with you, you can sell your services to the elite, like being their “personal chauffeur”. I can imagine Musk or Bezos would pay you 1m a month if you told them they never would have to wait to go somewhere, anywhere in the world. Could you in theory go to space ? Imagine building a space station and dropping people there and here, picking them up…This could be awesome (if you don’t get killed for being a fake god or a witch or by the cia)

One way is ordinary, the other is spectacular. I’ll take the safest

Being rich is the worst option of the three because you can make tons of money with the other options. Best way for mind reading might be gambling, teleworking has infinite possibilities if you can teleport objects. Teleport inside fort knox and take all the gold that isn't there anymore, teleport inside a bank, etc. Mind reading would be riskier because if you're caught you can't escape easily and in order to make the most money it would probably be something political requiring you to reveal your identity.

Teleportstion is easily the best though if there are no gay ass rules like other anonymous said

Same way real criminals do it, get gold bars and melt down the gold into smaller increments, wash it through multiple gold buying business', steal gems and have them cut into different shapes, etc. Stealing bills is probably the worst idea, but stealing priceless objects and ransoming them or something might be good. Steal the original Mona Lisa and demand something untraceable in return, even if its a trap if you can teleport there's a lot of methods of making sure you get away easy
