get a useful college degree, do internships, and get an email job where you do minimal amounts of real work. continue to do minimal amounts of work while kissing your boss's ass for preferential treatment. job hop every 1-3 years until you're making six figures. then coast for the rest of your life, ideally in a wfh capacity.

Pretend to have good projects, justify them with a couple of spreadsheets that make some sense, use graphs, pretend you know what you are doing. Get to know your boss and learn what behaviors make him feel safe and provide them with these feelings.
