I can buy 200,000 xrp right now.
Its down like 97% or something. Everyone says its dead. It looks dead. The tech works but the price never moves. Lawsuit dragging on.
Its at rock bottom. It's fanbase mostly live in their cars. Most seem suicidal or so far gone they no longer feel pain.
Someone told me that Turkish youtuber who sold his house for xrp in October did a kys.

Is this the perfect time to buy then? Despair?

Ripple has been buying back XRP from exchanges in large quantities, likely because they predict the end of the lawsuit with a favorable outcome, since SEC is cornered against the wall in that shitshow of a trial.

They deny it, of course, since they do not want retail users panic buying and increasing the price before they are done restocking their precious XRP.

However, it is likely that we will see a very fast and violent pump as a direct result from having a large percentage of the total XRP being removed from exchanges.

There has been a lot of speculation that XRP exchange wallets are at an all time low... As per Ripple's quarterly reports, Ripple has not sold XRP on exchanges for some time now and in the last two quarters they were net XRP buyers on the open market.
