What does /biz/ think about the idea that donating to charity acts as a sort of karmic investment that pays dividends (by "attracting" money, success etc)?

More like a tax saving publicity stunt. But not interesting to anyone who doesn't have or want publicity in the first place.

Money is evil and is extremely hated by God so the only thing you can do with money that is even remotely moral is burn them.

God speaks on Adam working in the Garden of Eden and how this righteous work ethic has been attacked by anti-capitalists.
God's speaks positively of property ownership and the righteousness of free markets.
Socialism corrupts men's souls. The real world facts are support this and are backed up by scripture.

You're better off spending that money on weapons and supporting the cause of the final race war that will exterminate niggers. God will reward you with eternal salvation

Intent factors into it

If you're only doing it for material gain then it's not a virtuous act

Why do people always think they can use the letter of the law to get one over on God or the universe?

karma isn't real. but donating to charity, anonymously, without expecting anything in return, can be good for keeping the ego in check

The only reason it does this is because it communicates to your subconscious that you are wealthy. I'm not sure if it has much benefit if you already believe this

Charity = Soros ngos. Better be careful.
Also, doing this not out of humility and selflessness but out of some 4d chess selfish gains motive ain’t working anon. It’s concerning that you didn’t know this. Better be careful. Dont want to play with things you don’t understand

I donate to monasteries monthly. Gifts to monks are supposed to yield in incalculable amounts of merit. Next after that in the amount of merit gained is humans in order of their virtue, then animals, which although the lowest still gives you something like 100x ROI.

>donating to charity
that money goes to NGOs and status-obsessed managerial class psychos that hate everything about our civilization and want to destroy it.
Volunteer or something.
