I like the idea behind the dome. They are constructed insanely fast. They inflate a giant balloon in the shape you want, slap basalt rebar over it and slather with concrete. You can avoid months of construction. the balloon can be reused. You can just keep adding units.

A 27-40 ft dome is something a couple of people can do over a weekend. because of the way they are reinforced they are hurricane,tornado, earthquake proof and don't need complicated foundation prep.

You need to stop focusing on your poor performance and just enjoy the moment, you will hold it longer then, it is the performance anxiety that gives you poor performance, as with many things in life.
Another thing is, you need to learn to feel when you're coming, when you feel it, stop stroking or stroke more gently, the urge will pass and then you can resume.
I find that once I've let the first urge pass, it is way easier then, you just have to fight the first urge.
