Only thing this proves is that the window for max leverage for a job seeker to get better perks is closing fast. That and the "easy" jobs are shrinking for you know extra gig work (and to have "fun" on the side without caring about all that sexual harassment stuff; you work normal job plus 2nd gig for extra green and for "fun". You get fired, who cares, you don't need the money anyway)
