Opening a Bank Account

I need some help with this

My issue is that I do not have a residence, no rental contract or utility bill, I don't have a job or any history of paychecks, I don't have a current phone number. I am in a foreign country, I cannot open one here without a local tax code, but the office won't give me the code. I am legally registered as living with a friend, but I no longer actually live there. My home country will not allow me to open an account, even when I went there physically.

Does anyone have any idea how to open an account anywhere in the world without needing a recent paycheck, proof of residency, visa status, or phone number?

Because I have asked a ton of banks with no luck. I don't owe any taxes, I don't work. In the past when I was working I had accounts but they are probably closed by now.

I tried it for some time but it was truly the worst to deal with. The employees don't seem to know their own policies, they keep changing the rules, ridiculous limits, and no atms so you have to load cash physically at stores, which is impossible once you leave the country.
