My biggest bet right now is MATIC. I was reluctant to invest because of the Indian FUD surrounding it but all of the partners they have, plus strategic moves like acquiring Hermez, and the pending launch of supernets, makes me extremely bullish. Why would any chain choose Ethereum over Polygon at this point? The icing on the cake is now MATIC holder can easily stake natively on Polygon instead of Ethereum and they get the MAXX finance airdrop later this month.

There are only 2 projects I would purchase and be happy to hold for the next 5 years:
>SOL
For all its troubles it's the only L1 with a viable path to scale and increase it's ability to scale over time. This is the only one in existence which could viably host decentralised social networks, markets like the nasdaq or be a payment layer the entire world uses without L2 fuckery destroying composibility and fracturing liquidity. A lot of the problems it has faced have also been blown way the fuck out of proportion or people have been outright lying about them. The devs working on SOL are flowing in at an ever increasing rate and the support structure they have in place for people building on it is unrivalled by any other L1. This community of DEVs will lead to exponential rate of growth in both on-boarding new devs and stuff being built along with available capital for new projects. Nothing else in existence comes close to having the potential able to challenge Ethereum for it's top dog spot in smart contracts or challenge visa/mastercard as payment layers/providers.
>XMR
As the west degrades due to exponentially increasing money printing (which is unavoidable now) a way to hide/protect your wealth from the government and their retarded policies becomes an ever increasing priority. The west is at the start of a death spiral which will unfold over the coming couple of decades. In order to protect yourself from the mob the ruling class will eventually look to seize the wealth of anyone they can in order to prop the system up that benefits them for as long as possible while having someone else to blame for all problems on and to divert attention away from their corruption and their own skimming off the top. BTC, although it qualifies as good hard money doesn't protect you as your name can be attached to a wallet with enough work from certain companies. Liquidity is the main issue for XMR and has the potential to kill it before it takes off.

No idea. If I was to pull a figure out my arse for next bullrun I would expect the entire space to be around 10-15 trillion Mcap. So 10-15x from here for both, maybe more if BTC keeps becoming increasingly less relevant to the space over time. If the rate of adoption continues at the current rate a 100 trillion mcap for the entire space within the decades end isn't out of the possibility. All I'm pretty certain about is with the amount of VC money piling in and the floor seemingly a lot higher than previous bullruns it seems smart money is positioning itself to see continued exponential growth in the space.
