100 ETH bid on nike.eth which sold for 60 ETH only 22 days ago. I don't think it will get accepted, the guy owning it is some chinese whale with a ton of money. Bid wallet looks like some other whale who used to sell and bid for 200E+, but has barely had any NFT activity the last 10 months and now made that bid out of the blue. Also has like $2m+ of other assets in that wallet, has never bid on any other ENS, doesn't even own any. This is gonna make a lot of people on here seethe, it's literally not even the actual company and whales are casually bidding and buying these domains for $100k+. There's also still the possibility that it's the current owner bidding with another wallet though.

Don't even know what the fuck a dens is. Situation will be very similar to web2 where .com is pretty much where most of the money flows into and everything else is rather situational in terms of value. For example pic related is the price sheet for 3 letters I found, value decreases pretty significantly based on the TLD. There are some pretty ok endings that can be valuable in specific cases for example .wallet or .dao but then there's the problem that the underlying provider, in this case Unstoppable Domains, is rather questionable in terms of decentralisation. Every blockchain and their pajeet devs is creating an ENS spin-off right now. It's already playing out, .eth is the .com of web3, competitors will have a hard time catching up, many of them will be utterly unused even in the years to come.
