I got to watch it all happen as I was on break demolishing a six piece of spicy fried chicken from the deli. I swear on everything holy this all happened exactly as I've described it. I used to work a summer job at a home improvement store out in the back where they had the warehouse and kept all the lumber. I used to work at a chain bar and one night at the location in the next town over stayed for drinks after work, it turned into something similar to what you describe. There was a river right outside the bar and by 5am or so most of the staff were skinny dipping in it, there was coke everywhere inside the bar and they were drinking the bar's booze without paying.

That sort of shit happened fairly often with the staff in these bars, but this time the regional manager decided to show up at 6am for a random inspection, everyone was still at it when she got there and they all got fired immediately.
