10% yield is pathetic. Liberals have fucked the economy so hard that there are much better opportunities at this point. Put half a mil in UAN and you'd get 160k in distributions, for example.
There are a few coal, oil, and shipping companies with even better yields as well.
Of course, those yields will also be rising once we enter the next stagflationary leg up in ~18 months. There may be some opportunity to get in cheaper in between though - UAN for example was in the $80s a few weeks ago. Back to $125 now after announcing their first $10 quarterly distribution.
