Is the issue here more so that it didn't lift the car than the nut is stripped or whatever? This nut is at the very bottom, so I'm guessing it was supporting the car's weight, allowing her to remove the other ones, but now it can't be removed for the same reason. the bold is legit tight/locked but only pro's can get that lose by putting a socket on it and smash it with a hammer, so that the aluminum around the nut gets extended/dented very minimal.

Yes. You find a socket slightly smaller (buy a cheap one individually) and physically hammer it on which means it grips/holds the nut. Use impact wrench to remove.

Heat the nut with heat gun carefully and avoid the bolt.
If this does not help too cut the nut with multi tool. It will take at least 2-3 blades and 25 minutes of struggle but what can you do.
