Maybe people are ignoring the small exchanges because they are more comfortable using the tried and true KuCoin or Binance? Binance said yes if the burn gets approved, which would be ground breaking. I am in a similar situation, I want to spend my money where I feel the safest, and so I use what I'm used to, KuCoin. If vote passes and Binance starts it, I bet that the other ones will follow their lead. Also, if making your money worth more via the burn is widely accessible, I'm sure people wouldnt bat an eye to pay $1.20 for every $100 transaction.

But, yeah there's plenty of obstacles to get through at this point. Personally, I believe in the developers. I've been watching and talking to them. They're actively recruiting volunteer developers from the community too. As for the term dev being reckless, this is another issue with not tolerating uncertainty if you ask me. Yeah there's certainly some risk involved but even in the situation where absolutely NOTHING happens I still think it will remain relatively stable at the current price. Once the burn is fully implemented I can't imaging that it doesn't have some upward movement from there, but even if we don't start seeing God candles I'm willing to keep this around as a long play.
