no surprises is good for business, so it's bullish.
>bad news
means the fed/gov will have to swoop in, reduce rates and print money. bullish
>no news
no news is good news, business as usual = bullish.

this is how the markets have been behaving since june. is it even possible to have bad news any more? I think we could have WW3, a new manmade plague and nukes in ukraine and stonks would just keep going up.
