Put 100k of it in a REIT which usually gives around 10-14% dividends then take that 10-14 thousand and invest it in whatever bank you bank with.
Use the other 50,000 to invest in Lockheed Martin.
If you invest the dividends back into the stock market for other stocks with dividends you'll be getting around 20-25 thousand a year in about 5 years then do whatever you want with that.

Doesn't exist. No such thing as a free lunch. If it existed everyone would do it. You can tone down your work input but it will never be truly passive. Even investing in stocks or crypto you have to do your due dilligence, watch the markets, trade, etc. Unless you have enough money to hire someone to do the work for you, it'll never be truly passive.
