why would an insider trading case drag a coin down? insider trading has nothing to do with the price. now, if the SEC were pursuing this coin because they believe it could be might be but a judge hasn't ruled it yet a security then you might have something to worry about. Coinbase will probably suck Gensler's dick again just like they did with XRP.
