I’m overall down 50% since the FOMC because I was short spy and long UVXY - hoping for the same outcome as May where the day of the meeting was green, with a heavy sell off the next two days.

I have a UVXY put credit spread(bullish) expiring next Friday, 11/10.5 strikes. Should I just close it today or hold through the weekend? UVXY is grazing 52 week lows every day, and honestly after this week I expect some red/volatility to balance it out a bit.

I no longer buy shares in companies I’m interested in if they don’t pay a dividend. Instead, I’ll buy 2 year out leaps on those companies. I minimize the money I’m throwing at companies that don’t pay out to their shareholders, while at the same time capturing their gains if they do see nice price movement.
